Sharing Session - Greg G.: wants to see where literature vice chair is automatically moved to chair position in
the case where the chair term is up. Tish G.: States that we do not have information specifically on the literature
chair position, Mark T.: the issue is that we want to make sure that a qualified individual will assume the literature
chair position Greg G.: why wouldn't we open the position to anyone else? Group: MASSIVE Communication

New Business - Danny B.: has asked for an
audit before leaving the position of literature chair Bylaws Policy Subcommittee: area passed the fact that our
budget will begin at the start of the fiscal year. In reference to the Serenity House issue: A suggestion has
been made that we should send a representative to Serenity House to make amends for the incident that occurred at the Friday
night meeting. It has also been suggested that we leave other entities alone and let them make their own decisions.
