Session -
- Etta says: “I believe the hotline should have live addicts to respond to
the callers”. Also she suggests a 12 step list be compiled of people willing to give rides to addicts without transportation.
- Danny
B says: “He was always told not to pick up someone you didn’t know. Danny also brought up the issues
that we’re running over the budget on literature, and we need to look at raising the prices on literature.
- Greg
says: The hotline just refers people to meetings and puts through to a voicemail system where a message can be left.
Once a voicemail is generated, a text message is sent to a volunteer who will return the call. Greg states that he is also
keeping the website and phone lines updates.
